Free Foods – Gluten, Dairy, Minimal Sugar for Breakfast

As promised from yesterday’s post, here are a few of the foods we find to be tasty and healthy, all without gluten and dairy, and a minimal amount of sugar. I am going to share our own breakfast go-to foods today, because there are lots of options for you!!
