Today’s Tip: Find Fresh Air

Ask someone to open a window nearby and breathe in the outdoor air. Stretch your arms and legs, take a deep breath, and be quiet and still. Think of a peaceful place and enjoy the moment with the windows open. Weather permitting, do this as often as you are able each day.

Listen: Your body wants to heal! Don’t ever give up! Pray for strength.

If possible, get outside and breathe in the air. Stretch your arms and legs and place your feet barefoot on the ground. Ideally, stay outside for at least 20 minutes, but any amount of time is better than none!
